2. Eligibility
To participate in any investment plan, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent under applicable laws.
Participation in any illegal or unethical activities is strictly prohibited.
3. Account & Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information (such as personal details, investment tenure, investment amount, and number of shares) on the “Apply for Investment” or account registration page.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password is entirely your responsibility. The platform shall not be held liable for any unauthorized activity occurring under your account.
4. Shariah-Compliant Investment
All investment plans are conducted strictly on an Islamic Shariah-compliant basis, utilizing structures such as Mudarabah (profit-and-loss sharing).
Your invested capital will never be utilized in Riba (interest), Gharar (excessive uncertainty), or any Haram (prohibited) activities.
An experienced and qualified Shariah Advisory Board reviews and approves every business strategy and investment plan.
5. Investment Plans & Utilization of Funds
By selecting an investment plan, you agree to commit your funds for the specified duration.
Halal Earning Sources bd.opc offers the following investment plans:
Mudarabah Fixed Investment – Plan 1, Plan 2, Plan 3, Plan 4, Plan 5, and Plan 6 (Minimum 2 years)
Murabaha Investment – Short-term (Minimum 1 year) & Long-term (4 years)
Musharakah Investment – Short-term & Long-term
Invested funds will be deployed exclusively in the following Shariah-compliant business sectors:
Buying, selling, and investment activities of shares listed on the DSE (Dhaka Stock Exchange) and CSE (Chittagong Stock Exchange).
Import and Export operations.
Buying and selling of land, flats, shops, etc.
Revenue-generating operations from fisheries, dairies, poultry, and agro-resorts.
6. Profit Distribution & Fees
Profits and losses will be shared in accordance with the pre-agreed profit-and-loss sharing ratios specified under the Mudarabah contract.
Profits will be distributed according to the designated schedule upon the maturity of the investment tenure.
Unless stated otherwise herein, applicable platform fees will be determined based on specific service terms or official notices.
7. Withdrawals & Refunds
Any premature withdrawal of investment prior to the maturity period will be governed by the platform’s Refund & Return Policy.
Applicable conditions, deductions (if any), and approval processes will be explicitly detailed in the terms of the respective investment plan.
8. Liability & Disclaimers
HalalEarningSources.bd.opc does not guarantee a fixed or assured return. All investments carry inherent market risks.
While the institution is committed to strictly adhering to Islamic ethics and Shariah principles, it shall not be held liable for risks arising from market fluctuations, regulatory changes, or administrative decisions.
Website services, information, and features are subject to change without prior notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, images, and other multimedia content on this website are the sole property of the company or its authorized affiliates.
No content may be reused, copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written consent.
